Q1 was wild—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

From transitioning into a new company to navigating the unexpected, onboarding a wave of new reps, and stacking up high sales—life’s challenges didn’t stand a chance against the life champions.


We had an awesome retreat in Park City - UT where we had a great time, trained, onboarded, ate great food, it was dope. We will be doing that again.


Leadership led from the front. Our soldiers followed suit, hitting the battlefield one by one and making an immediate impact. Incentives were earned. Bags were secured. And our legacy of winning charged forward.


Dalton crushed 70+ deals. Jonah + Thiago followed with 60+. For perspective: most reps average 35 sales in a year. These numbers aren't just big—they’re top 1% in the whole solar industry.


Big shoutout to Akasia Gray, Fusion’s #1 athlete last quarter and newly promoted Expert. From the lows to the highs, she’s been right there—recruiting, producing, and attacking her goals with fire.Props also to Ryan Noorda, who outpaced last year’s numbers, retained his team, recruited new blood, and transitioned from athlete to expert like an absolute pro.

Q2 is officially the start of our year—and Q1? That was just the icing on the cake.


The momentum is here. The fire is lit. Let’s get this bread.
